Terms of Service
Last updated June 15, 2026Draft — pending legal review
These Terms govern your access to and use of Opzyai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Opzyai on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The service
Opzyai is an automated, authorization-first application security testing platform. It orchestrates trusted security scanners against assets you have proven you control, then triages and reports findings. The service is provided on an as-is, evolving basis; features may change.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and organization. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Authorization & acceptable use
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may only test assets you own or are explicitly authorized to test, and you accept full responsibility for that authorization. We re-verify control of every asset before each scan and provide no path to scan an unverified target.
4. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (such as the number of assets and scan cadence) are enforced. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing portal; changes take effect per the processor’s terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Customer data & ownership
You retain all rights to your data and your assets. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to scan your verified assets, process findings, and provide the platform. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and aggregated, de-identified operational metrics.
6. Disclaimers
Opzyai does not guarantee that it will find all vulnerabilities. Security testing is inherently incomplete; a clean result is not a guarantee of security. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for the security of your systems.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for risk or legal reasons, or if required to protect the platform or other customers. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data is handled per the Privacy Policy and DPA.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Opzyai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
